Last year, I helped an international HRSaaS company make a plan.

At the core of this plan are two key points for successfully building a B-side SAAS platform.

The first key point is: the iterative method

The following is an excerpt from that plan:

“Minimum Viable Product – Customers – Better Product – More Customers – Better Product – More Customers…

Global compliance issues cannot be solved all at once. It requires a lot of time and cost.

Therefore, the best way is to make a minimum viable version, and on this basis, first solve a customer's global compliance problem. Then expand to other customers. Every time a customer's global compliance issue is solved, the product will become more applicable and better able to match the needs of more companies.

Finally, globalization is gradually achieved.

This is a safe and low-cost method. "

C-side products can be made by simply looking at data, but B-side products are difficult to make by just looking at data. You need to constantly get feedback from all aspects of your customers before iterating your own products. Improve the adaptability of your products and their matching with needs. This point actually tests the product manager’s ability.

The second key point is: ecological construction

If you do SaaS, you cannot become an island. Especially the saas products that go overseas.

Ecological construction, on the one hand, is to export yourself, connect to various traffic platforms, and attract target users.

On the other hand, it is to open itself up, export traffic, allow other related products to access it, and increase its value to users.

The following is an excerpt from that plan:
