Who is the next Internet - big screen Internet and robot Internet
After PC Internet and mobile Internet, who is the next Internet?
Large-screen Internet is an Internet formed based on various large-screen information terminals, such as artificial intelligence TV, digital signage, spliced large screens, laser projection, etc.
The large-screen Internet is more like an extension of the PC Internet, but there are obvious differences.
One is that the PC Internet is mainly for individuals, while the large-screen Internet is mainly for groups.
Another is that the large-screen Internet is more scene-oriented. Its scenes are in homes and public places. This has also led to more diversified hardware for large-screen Internet.
So far, the emerging large-screen Internet has been mainly used in the construction of smart cities.
Compared to the big-screen Internet, I personally am more optimistic about the robot Internet. Because its application range is wider.
Some of the possible characteristics that can currently be seen in the robot Internet are as follows:
1. Pay equal attention to individuals, groups and objects
It is different from the PC Internet and mobile Internet, which are mainly oriented to individuals, and also different from the large-screen Internet, which is mainly oriented to groups. The Internet of Robots can target individuals (for example, early education robots), groups (for example, tour guide robots), or objects (for example, sweeping robots).
2. Pay equal attention to voice interaction and screen interaction.
Unlike the PC Internet, mobile Internet and large-screen Internet, which are dominated by screen interaction, the robot Internet has the characteristics of equal emphasis on voice interaction and screen interaction.
3. More scene-oriented
Robots will replace many human occupations. Each profession corresponds to a fairly clear scenario. A tour guide robot is unlikely to work like a corporate receptionist, although they can be the same model of robot (I mean hardware).
Finally, an explanation.
Blockchain is the next generation of the Internet, and I fully agree with it. But blockchain is another dimension, not the same dimension discussed in this article.
The development of the Internet can be viewed from two dimensions.
One is the information terminal and the other is the basic mode of information flow.
